The organizer is perfect, but, they charged .e twice and I ended up paying 130$ for this so not worth the trouble

I had problems with part 6 not connecting the way they were supposed to. There were no videos found online for help. I was not the only one that tried to see why it wasn’t working. I messaged the company and received directions that were the same as the directions that came with it so it was useless. Instead of going back and forth trying to go through the company, I fixed it my own way.I ended up having to use zip ties to hold part 6 in place. The handles were no use to me because the screws wouldn’t go in all the way. I have assembled furniture many times over the years. I know how to read directions. I would not recommend this product to anyone. In fact, I’ve told a few NOT to buy this brand.
