They are durable and specifically made to withstand high torque from power tools. Each socket is expertly coated with manganese phosphate, the preferred coating in military and aerospace, which offers superior protection and corrosion resistance compared to black oxide coating on other impact sockets. The 6-point WaveDrive design grips fasteners more tightly than traditional design, preventing fastener rounding and giving you more leverage. Single shallow length, 3/8 in. drive, 1 in. size socket.

I bought this to extend the range of an existing 3/8" drive impact socket set. The socket has a large easy to read laser etched size marking and also has a stamped size as backup in case the laser etching wears off. The socket appears well made and does the job.

If your looking for the next best brand other than Snap-On an Matco these are it. They hold up nicely after numerous beatings and use, and when it comes to moisture, they don’t get surface rust on them like the other brands which if you’re on a service truck or you work outside or you or your somewhere where there’s humidity and your sockets get surface rust after a while and you have to keep oiling or wiping them the these sockets right here are perfect! Majority of my SAE sockets are these and definitely gonna be buying more.
