How to Install the Rear View Camera
1.Ensure your vehicle is off.
2.Connect the reverse camera: Attach the RCA cable from the camera to the RCA VIN cable on the car radio.
3.Plug in the RCA cable: Insert the 10-pin RCA VIN cable into the back of the radio.
4.Wire the reverse signal: Connect the camera’s reverse signal line to the back detection line. The rearview camera will activate automatically when reversing.
5.Test the wiring: Link the camera’s positive wire to the reverse light’s positive wire and the negative wire to the light’s negative wire.
*If the image is black, update the camera’s format settings.

This was a smooth install in a Jeep Sahara.This also caused a chain reaction of the Sahara club.Everyone is now getting one of these plug and play units and everyone is loving them.Read all available install details and watch youtube videos before installation, don't be afraid to contact support if need be either.Know what you're doing before you do it.Very pleased with this unit.

Could’ve been great. Almost zero helpful instructions. The instructions that were in the booklet were so small I needed a magnifying glass, literally. Bluetooth constantly disconnected, no sound to speakers, and screen was not as “bright & clear” as pictures shown on listing. 2 stars is generous.

Was very easy to install, at first I didn't have steering wheel controls but that was because I missed a connection, once it was plugged in then everything worked. Display quality is clear and bright, very responsive to touch. Bracket and wiring harness included are high quality and clipped right in. Much bettery sound output than oem radio, more adjustments give extra functionality to sound system. Gps speed and carplay are great added functions and included rear camera is great value.

UPDATE........This is a revised review from a 1 star initial review. The bad unit I received was replaced. It was fairly easy to install in my 2007 jeep. I made two mistakes.....remove the bezel before wiring up. Also.....replace the top dashboard cap before snap fitting the radio head. Works with Carplay via Bluetooth. has daytime and night mode which is nice. Radio itself is just OK but that is all need. More features than needed. Hope this helps.I was a bit skeptical of the 4.8 rating because there were no "verified purchases" . Unit arrived on time from Amazon, packed well, no real good installation details but I had the unit professionally installed. $200.00 bucks. 10" screen was huge, image good and back up camera very clear - nice. CarPlay worked great for both my phone and my wife's phone. Automatically linked to my phone on car start up. 48 hours later........DEAD as a doornail. Disappointing because it had so much potential. I was being cheap by trying a non-brand unit and paid the price. I noticed that the item is now listed as "currently unavailable" go figure. Amazon made the return simple. I will be looking for another solution. Avoid if you don't want to take the risk.

Works as well as the pioneer in my truck for a third of yhe cost. This head unit is proves that somtimes you don't have to pay $750 to get a good head unit like i did in my truck. This head produces sound just as good as that of my Pioneer NEX head unit that i installed a few years ago in my truck, always connects to my phone automatically, and so far has all the features that the name brand units provide. As i have said my Pioneer NEX was the flagship of the NEX line and that aftermarket head unit cost me three timrs as much with a smaller screen and this head can do just as much of the same thing for a better price. Was easy to install and operating it is a breaze.
