1 out of 4 wouldn't take a charge or turn on. Having 3 light up wheels is useless.

Title states 4 pieces (in a pack) when you purchase it says 2 Packs or 4 packs.. that sounds like 8 or 16 pieces... It's not. "4 packs = 4 pieces"
