I ordered this in "Crystal Black Silicae" and have to say it matched better than I expected. I tested it out on a minor scratch and am waiting for winter to clean up the car for a larger scatched. Test out the product first on a small area, as you should do anyways. It's been a few weeks and I haven't notice it come off. For $16.99 it saves me some money and a pretty easy fix. It comes with a brush which is nice. Pretty good quality for what you get. If need be, I'll update this review.

Perfect match and easy to apply. My husband has a 2004 Subaru forester but we weren't sure of the exact color, just made a best guess, it was an exact match. He just had a small area above the fuel door. I recommend either a steady hand and patience or using a sponge to apply it or you will have brush atrokes

Very nice and color matches perfectly on my 2024 crosstrek wilderness. I had a few minor scratches and now i can barely see them. I can definitely still see them if i look but not from a distance anymore.

It says it's for Subaru, but the truth is that it is just an ordinary color not for a specific car model. So there's color difference. The price is 3 times higher than ordinary color. Not worth it.

Good match for my 24 outback. Be very careful when applying as it may leave 'texture' if it goes on too thick. great for small scratches. definitely use a slim brush (single bristle) or a toothpick to apply to finer lines. Coverage was good for the spot.

We had a small patch of paint chipped on our car. It's pretty old, so we didn't want to pay hundreds to fix the issue. I just buffed the area with my Dremel and painted over it with about three coats. It's been about a month now, and the pain hasn't budged. The chip is barely noticeable (not cuz of color, but because of surface texture). I would buy it again, if needed, but I hardly used any product, so I have a lot left for next time, assuming I need it at all.

I recently ordered this Car Touch Up Paint (Magnetite Gray Metallic (P8Y)) for my Ascent to address a minor scratch. I was delighted to find that the paint perfectly matched the OEM's color, making the scratch virtually undetectable. I applied three coats of paint, allowing about an hour between each coat for optimal results. Once the paint dried, I used the car paint buffing compound to polish the area and finished it off with a wax polish.The final finish is highly dependent on how well the damaged area was prepped. To ensure the best outcome, I thoroughly cleaned the scratched area with soapy water, followed by wiping it clean with IPA to remove any dirt, oil, or debris from the surface. The kit conveniently includes an extra 1mm fine brush, which is perfect for touching up finer scratches.While I cannot comment on the long-term durability of the paint or whether it will change color over time, I am giving it four stars for now because it did exactly what it promised. I will update my review after observing its performance over a longer period. I highly recommend every car owner keep this touch-up paint on hand to cover minor scratches and restore their car's appearance. It's a quick and easy solution that delivers professional-looking results, and at a reasonable price, it's a must-have for maintaining your vehicle's beauty.
