The component leads are so thin they can't transfer much heat off the parts. You can't use these little buggers in high-frequency applications... I should have returned them but I needed a couple of values immediately to finish a job. Cheap crap use with high caution

These are about half as big as other 1 W resistors. When carrying exactly 1 Watt. They run at 350+ degrees F and stink. After 5 minutes at 1 watt they start to turn brown.If they changed the description to 1/2 Watt, these would be great!

Nice kit of resistors. One thing I found discerning was no 2.2k ohm resistor in the kit. So we had to use two resistors a 2k & 200 ohm in series to come up with what we needed. Should not have to waste two when one would do it.

The resistors are as I expected, however the packaging was pretty poor. After I finally got the resistors out of the zip lock bag, there were dozens of loose resistors, some of the values had come completely out of the paper that was holding them, and many of the values were so stuck together that they came apart trying to separate them.
