I ordered this because I lent the saw to a "friend" with the instructions to NOT use gas with Ethanol in it. He didn't listen and then let it sit, so the original carb is now corroded. This carb is good quality and required minimal adjustment after installation. The kit included gaskets for the carb. Fishing the small hoses into place did take some time - a length of picture wire to use to pull hoses around in tight areas works great - it just takes a little time. All in all, a good kit for my saw that I will not be loaning to anyone anymore.

I know these things can be a hit or miss but this one works and comes with a ton of extras. I didn’t have to use the carburetor because I just cleaned my old one. But it’s nice to know I have it when my original one finally goes. I did use the spark plug, gas filter and air filter and they all work great. I’m happy with this product and it’s nice to have a running stihl ms250 running again.
