Bolt holes need to be slightly modified to get it to line up properly. Other than that, time will tell.

Warning do not bye this part. I bought this for my 2000 Yamaha Wolverine 350, First it did not fit properly, the bolt hole spacing was off. I had to drill out the holes to get it to even fit. Then with less than a hour of run time the part separated. Don't waste your money..

Part was very well priced and fast shipping. Only aspect of concern was that it didn't fit very well. Only two bolts hold it on and the bolts went in with a little bit of restriction. At one point I thought it had cracked so I took it back off only to find it was just a molding line. I did notice the bolts had cut some thread marks on the outer sides of the inside of the holes. Wasnt enough to warrant returning the item.
