I had to use the old rubber mounts, because the new ones had a much too large grommet hole, and the mounting bolts would pass through the center. I also had to use my old ball stud to mount the arms. The new one would require cutting and grinding the end smooth. Much easier to just switch it out.

The wipers would not park correctly. I replaced the circuit board, and no change. I noticed the output arm, on the motor itself, that connects to the linkage, was stopped pointing up, towards the windshield. I checked my 1994 K1500, and when the wipers were in the park position, the wiper motor output arm was horizontal, pointing towards the passengers door. Ordered this unit; easy to install and worked perfectly.

The motor was a perfect fit but functionality not exactly the same as original but will work just as good anyway. At least its cost is lower than the original.
