R001643BLK is adjustable. This went on a 2022 arctic fox 811 and is the exact match for the left side. (Non motorized side). The right side on this camper is the motorized side. And is a different part number.The picture in the item description shows a different part that I belive is the non adjustable version.

Assuming it was a mistake!!! I was sent this used and abused broken product!!! I totally get it that these things can happen but the inconvenience it has now caused is unforgivable and Iām pissed!

Product is of good quality and price is good. However some of the info in the listing is erroneous and/or contradictory. The view installed on the trailer (white) matches my awning but apparently is not the actual product. The other views (in black) are difficult to see key details. Ultimately did not match my Carefree awning and had to return. Amazon has been extremely slow on the refund (they've had the undamaged part back in their possession for weeks and keep delaying refund which has impacted ability to order correct replacement. Poor customer service is leading me to reconsider my intent to purchase replacement from them.

This was a replacement part for the arm on our awning which got twisted by a sudden gust of wind. It was easy to install and good quality.

We had a broken support and this was all in one part that was easy to install right where old one was. Did not have to drill any holes. Everything lined up and only took a few minutes to replace.

Was unable to order from any dealer so tried online, easy to identify right part, reasonale priced. Fit perfectly and faitky easy to install, had to look up an installation instruction so this could have been included as all the online ones were for initial installation.

Amazon had best price I could find . Arrived in 3 days...good. No instructions, but I had read Carefree's installation guide and also the good info in reviews here. This was installed 4-10-20. Arm end that attaches to roller had three, not two holes for attaching, and three self tapping screws were provided. I predrilled 7/64 inch holes. Three screws is obviously better than the two that were in original arm that was being replaced. Holes in camper exactly matched new arm attachment piece. Put new sealant on attachment bolts into camper.Supported awning end with rope as suggested by others here. Easy installation overall...had the wife help, although could probably do by self as others have done. Finally...DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE TWO COTTER PINS IN THE TOP OF THE ARM HEAD!!!

New arm fit perfectly to replace the broken arm. Just wished they didn't rivet the parts together and sold them separately so you could just replace the part that broke without having to replace the entire arm assembly.
