It’s just what we needed for my mother to be able to summon us whenever she needs. Now we don’t have to be constantly checking on her.

My grandparents are getting older, unfortunately, and need a bit more help and attention than they used to. One of them fell a week or two ago and didn't have a way to call for help, so they were there for maybe 20 minutes before my other grandparent made it home. My parents and I immediately started looking for something to ensure that never happens again - that's where this alert comes in.I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this product met the need we had to be in the yard with an elderly grandparent in the house. I would note that the receiver and the panic button require batteries that are not included. Other than that, I'm pleased that this has done very well so far. The plastic is durable, too, and it's easy to use... nothing convoluted here.

If you are an insensitive person who needs a shrieking, persistent alarm to get your attention, this is the call button for you. Not for anyone else.Once activated, the receiver emits a piercing chirp that does not stop until the CODE button is pushed. The VOL buttons only change the level slightly, from loud as hell to ear-splitting. There does not appear to be any alternate sound. The receivers paired easily to the transmitter buttons as directed. As supplied, either button activates both receivers. There are rotary code switches inside the transmitters (picture) which are not mentioned at all in the instructions. If you change the code and re-pair the transmitter to a receiver, you can make the two sets work independently. The default code (P-16) will always activate both receivers, even after one is paired to a different code, which adds some flexibility. The receivers are small enough to fit in a shirt pocket. The transmitters have a twist-lock enclosure with a gasket that looks like it will meet the waterproof claim. As nice as this call button system is, I won't use it because of its audio characteristics. I have others that are much less annoying for three reasons: Sound stops automatically, sound can be changed, and sound volume can be adjusted over a wider range.

With 2 elderly sisters, both with physical limitations and disability. Finding and acquiring this Wireless Call Button pager for Elderly Emergency is what I needed for my peace of mind for them. Pairing instructions provided is simple to follow. The siren sound volume when activated is high enough to be heard from distance by the caregivers, it will continue until it was deactivated by hitting the small button on the receiver. The volume can be controlled using the two other small buttons. The transmitter comes with a lanyard, can be wearable around the neck or placed in accessible areas. The portable receiver has a standing stent. Battery is not included, you needed to purchase them separately, AAA batteries for the buttons and AA batteries for the receiver. Over all this works well, functionality is worth the value. Will recommend to anyone with an elderly love one.

Amazing set of emergency buttons for in the house with caregivers or family. Will be used for a lady who is bed bound and has caregivers as well as family that help assist them. Instead of testing and calling they can press the button and alert the sound and people know she needs some help or assistance.

First of all, it works. It produces a sufficiently high sound without being overly disruptive. The sound remains until you physically push a button on the receiver which is better than another brand for which the sound lasts just a few seconds. The range is good; we have a large house and the range works if the transmitter is in one extremity of the house and the receiver in the other extremity. However I'm knocking down two starts for two reasons. One, the batteries are not included and you need 6 double A batteries and 4 triple A. Most devices these days come with batteries and it is disappointing that this one doesn't. Also, similar devices have one button battery instead of all these double As and triple As. The second reason for knocking down another star is that the primary reason I got this was to enhance the safety of the elder in our family who tends to get dizzy in the shower. So, the web page says the transmitter is waterproof. However the instructions tell us not to wet the device. Well, I hope the web page is right and the instructions are wrong but this contradiction is unsettling. Our elder did use it in the shower and it seems like the device didn't get damaged by the water, but let's hope that this continues to be the case and the instructions are the part that is not correct.

My mom who is in her 80s now really wants to be independent, but her ability is not what she thinks it is. This was a perfect compromise as she refused to get a service that attaches to contacting emergency providers. There’s always somebody in the house, just not necessarily in the same room or she may be upstairs. This way if she has a fallen in the bathroom or she’s feeling dizzy we have a safe way for her to let us know she needs help. It’s one thing to take your phone with you wherever you go, but it doesn’t do you any good if you have a fall and your phone goes flying across the floor. Having something she physically wears, gives us all a greater peace of mind and gives her a little bit more of the independence that she misses. And testing it out it definitely works well it’s loud and if she ever needs to push that button, somebody definitely is going to hear it. Excellent purchase

Works well. Easy to use. Distance is from house to work shed and it worked. Offers peace of mind when one is working in woodshed with power tools in case of emergency. the volume is loud enough to easily be heard. Safety first. Good value for the money.
