This Carlisle 1043513 amber-colored drain shelf is 0.60" in height and elevates the contents of a food pan to keep it dry. It is made of high heat plastic for a temperature range from -40 to +375 degrees F. It meets NSF International standards for use in food handling and processing and is dishwasher-safe.
