Fairly simple and straightforward. Used these to replace the rear caliper guide pins and bolts on a 5th-Gen Camaro. Note there are two guide pins/bolts per box, and each caliper requires 2 pins/bolts (so you'll need to order qty 2 boxes to do both rear calipers). Torqued bolts to specified 20 ft-lbs, and they are working great so far. One thing to keep in mind, the 17mm hex on the guide pins is a little narrower than the OEM guide pins.

These caliper bolts worked very well for my 2010 Camaro LS - rear brakes. Luckily I read elsewhere that these were needed for a brake pad replacement. They arrived in time and fit/work very well. I would buy these again.
