Recibí el paquete un día antes de lo programado y funciona exactamente como lo demuestra el vídeo de venta.

This machine counts the cash, adds the cash, doesn't matter if the bills are mixed or all the same value. Very fast and accurate. Good machine

First of all- I have a business and a personal machine. This is a great machine for a cash intensive business. If a significant portion of your revenue comes in cash- do yourself a favor and do not be an idiot like me and buy a good machine. A few years ago, we bought one from Sam's Club and the thing fell apart within weeks (and it was easier to count by hand due to not being able to count multiple denomations ie 20s and 100s). Then I saw a deal on Amazon for a Carnation machine, it was the cheap one, I think $200 or so and I used it at home. It STILL works like a charm and I have no complaints other than it could not do mixed denomination. I like to put it all in and let it go. That being said, I went on Amazon a 2 weeks ago and started searching for one for my business.I contacted the seller on Thursday and asked spoke to someone in customer service about fraud. We are starting to work more in cash and I was interested to know best practices(I know- I cannot wait until we are all using Bitcoin and NFC technology to transfer currency but I could go on a rant forever about the history of the barter economy, why Germany still uses cash for everything as opposed to us Americans love plastic, and nearly any other topic because I love hearing myself rant about economics). They were very nice and spent over 30 minutes making sure I knew how to operate the machine and followed up with a coupon for another machine they sell and a recommendation for a coin sorter.Pros:1. Rejection pocket- it doesnt do the annoying STOP in the middle of a counting.2. Relatively lightweight and not that much space on my work bar.3. The new bills have magnetic ink detection- so I tested it with some monopoly like money my kids had and it worked. I am not sure it would stand up against Cartel/Mafia/KGB produced bills. But it does the job for those of us not working with those types of characters.Cons:1. Pesos, we do business sometimes in Mexican Pesos.2. Took a few tries to connect to my printer. Got it to work and it is fine but could be more intuitive.Overall- 5 stars for doing the job, great customer service, and WAY less expensive than the alternatives a salesman from a financial services company tried to hawk me down with. I would recommend it for heavy usage and commercial usage.

I can not recommend this bill counter enough. It's hefty and feels solidly made. It's fast and accurate. It's very easy to use. I almost did NOT buy it because I couldn't find a clear statement as to whether it sorts bills or not. Another reviewer mentioned it sorts bills so I got it. It does indeed sort bills - you set it to "single" mode which means it will recognize the first bill counted and spit out different bills that don't match that first bill. In other words, if you're counting a stack of money and the first bill is $1, all $5s, $10s, $20s etc. will get spit out into the "reject pocket." Then I take those bills from the reject pocket and run them again with the $5 as the first bill so it spits out the $10s and $20s... and so on. I'll then take the $1s and sort them by face, then sort them again by orientation so they are ready for the bank. Then repeat for $5s, $10s and $20s. All this bill counting used to take me up to 3 hours by hand and now takes 25 minutes.

GREAT machine! top of the line, fast, sturdy, good performance. "Is machine that banks use--was the description" BUT was disappointed to discover that it cannot provide a currency count (total $ value) of bills of mixed denominations. It can count the number of bills, but doesn't provide the total dollar value--like the much older, clunker it replaced. Unless I'm missing something. The instruction booklet was a tad scant on info as well.

Product was shipped as promised and worked very well for USD counting and ticket counting. I imagine that with some calibration, the machine can work with just about every currency and large ticket consistency. I purchased the unit to count thousands of notes per day (tickets and dollars). My issues began when the unit began exhibiting a rotation speed sensor failure. My initial contact with support got me the service manual -- which shows the rotation speed sensor in a non-user serviceable area of the machine. Obviously within the warranty period, I was hesitant to do anything to the machine, but I did use compressed air to clean out the area (which did not look very dirty). This did NOT fix the problem. Another call to Carnation yielded an RMA for support. I sent the package via FedEx Ground, and the address FAILED for delivery. Yes, failed. A call to Carnation verified that the correct address was used on the package; FedEx was then given Carnation's number to figure out delivery. What was supposed to be 1 day ground shipping turned into approximately 10 days over the delivery fiasco.Received the unit back within 7 days of them receiving it, after receiving a scolding for entering the non-user serviceable area of the machine (so why did I get a service manual when I was VERY clear in describing the error message?), in working order for all of about 20 minutes. Another call, another ship, and received the unit back within 10 days again -- and while the unit no longer displays any error messages, the machine's counting ability seems to have been permanently compromised. This has been verified by a $200 Royal Sovereign counter, a $2,000 Cummins JetSort counter, and manual counting (yes, I did make many adjustments for thickness, thinking it may have been "bumped" by the shipping process -- in fact, I continued to make adjustments for over a month before finally giving up on the unit). When it worked it worked extremely well, but reliability and support are OBVIOUS concerns with this unit, and MUST be taken into account when purchasing, in my honest opinion.
