I've cooked with pieces from this set for 2 nights in a row now and I'm overall happy with the performance. Nothing sticks, food cooks even and clean up is very easy. The only negative would be the lids. Compared to my last 2 sets the glass used for these lids is much thinner and feels kind of cheap. I'm also not that fond of the lids not being domed. The moisture builds up and just sits so when you take the lid off you have to tilt and shake it all back into the pot or you're going to have a wet mess all over your stove top or counter.

Got these pans 2 months ago and they are a great product. Food cooks evenly and a soft sponge removes any food residue (which is minimal, even with spaghetti sauce). I also bought pan stacking protectors to keep them from getting scratched. Careful positioning of the lid while steaming prevents excessive steam escaping when steaming vegetables or cooking rice. The only thing that's a little awkward sometimes is the spout on the side of some of the pans is positioned on the left side which means I have to hold the pan with my right and scoop with my left. Being a right handed person that is a little awkward but no big deal. Definitely not enough to lose a star. Love my pans!

just received mine and used for dinner. I love the non stick ceramic, the key to keeping a good non stick is to make sure your family does not cook on high heat. the heat induction on these pans is great , they have a heavy bottom, the color is awesome. just use a little bit of butter or oil if you saute and I mean all it takes is a drop

Love these pans only thing I already have an couple dings in coating and I have only used silicone utensils in them. Not sure how it happened.i have only used once.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my cookware. I was replacing a set of nonstick cookware that I have had for about six years. I had tried washing that set in the dishwasher (mistake) and it was getting scratched (I think my grandson used metal utensils on them). I am only handwashing these. I have used one of the pots. It washes beautifully so it really isn't a chore. And I only use the correct utensils. The glass lids are flat. Not sure if this matters to anyone, but I am waiting to see if this makes a difference in how things cook. There are also areas for pouring on the sides of some of the pots/pans. I find this interesting and will be watching to see if this affects the sealing of the lid. But my first impressions are this these are heavy pots with a useful variety of sizes. I will note, the 10 inch skillet is actually wider than 10 inches. This mattered to me because I had purchased the set based on that measurement to fit my egg poacher inset and it doesn't fit. But other than that, I am very pleased.
