Replacement canopy does not align with side walls. Size fits, original structure. Either needs to be zip tied and will scratch your tubes or stretch the elastic straps and lower the life of them too. Does not handle well in the sun or “all weather” only lasted 1 1/2 years.

Fitted my 10x20 car enclosure perfectly! I’ve had my car enclosure over 8 years and each year the top canvas has to be replaced due to the elements, sun, rain and winds. I’ve bought replacement tops and some last some don’t. I recommend this one because recently in my city in Orange County Calif we had 35+ winds and rain and this top held up with no problems!

I never write reviews but I am so disappointed in this product. I ordered it to replace my current canopy it does not fit like it should it is to big. Water fills up on the canopy and I have to use a broom to push the canopy up and empty the water that has pooled in 4 different places. I will have to figure out a way to fix’s this problem!!! Also when the wind blows it flaps like crazy because it dos not fit properly.I’m very disappointed in this canopy!!!

I replace the roof on my car cover with this one and it fit like it was made for it. It’s sturdy material and should last a few years.

I bought this replacement cover to replace the top on my Costco frame. The material was a lot thinner than the Costco brand, and it fit loosely. On the first rain the roof pooled rain water, and the inside walls were wet. The next rain, water was actually leaking thru the material. I'm past my return date now that the rains have started. Terrible product, cheap material.
