Much of the product had leaked so the inside of the packaging was soapy. The top isn’t sealed well and the cap was a bit lose.

We like the product. Our pony is like a copper penny his coat is so shiny. But product is expensive for the amount!

It works well as a shampoo, but I didn't notice any difference in coat intensity or brilliance. I also thought it didn't get rid of all the residue.
