I have been buying these for the last 5 years to replace the UV light in my AC. I opened up the unit that holds this by cutting a slot in the tamper resistant screws and replaced them with regular machine screws. Make sure you handle the bulb with gloves if you touch it at all.

I replace every two years. I wish the contact pins were slightly longer as the tube tends to want to fall out while I am installing. I use a small piece of duct tape to hold it in while installing.

Works for its intended purpose. I got the one way screws of the holder out by pressing down fairly hard on the screw head. Once I got the tube in place, I replaced the one way screws with a phillips head screw of about the same size. Works fine. I had one original tube burned out and one still good. They were installed in 9/2020. I replaced both. If they last a year, it is a good deal. I will see. I ordered 2 sets of bulbs so I always have a spare.

Do note this is only the bulb and does not include the ballast at the end. The original ballast has non-reversible screws. I was able to remove them by pressing down hard on the screwdriver and turning counterclockwise. Replace these two screws with normal #6 3/4" sheet metal screws. At the end of the shipping tube are gloves so you don't touch the glass tube.
