I have a 1936 Plymouth Sedan with a 360 Mopar Performance crate engine and I needed a fuel pump for it. I found this one and it worked perfect. Like some of the other reviews the arm comes out of the pump straight for about 3.25 inches and then turns down on a 17-22 degree angle. So far it is working great and came with all the gaskets I needed for the installation.

Pump is direct replacement for 1972 340 mopar mechanical pump. Two gaskets came along with it. Fits ok just required a tweak of the metal line on the car. Not much though. I hear it’s an ok unit made in South Korea. Put it on, works great so far. Probably should put some assembly lube on the pump arm during installation as I did.

The pump arm is straight and this will not fit many didge vehicles even though it says it will, the arm hits the engine block. It is not a replacement for a MF0010 with a bent pump arm.

I am a profession and I have used carter products since 1957. This pump is from China and the quality of the materials is terrible. Cheap, thin "pot metal" The bolt holes are too small too. I do no fault Amazon for this because they are not automotive professionals. The Carter brand used to be quality and trusted. Not any more!

It works and was a direct fit and replacement for an original 50 year old part in a 1970 Dodge D500 with a 318-3. It's hard finding parts for a rare truck and engine so I'm glad I can keep it going. If anyone is curious for their LA based 318-3 I just searched a 1970 Dodge Dart with a 318 and it came up with this and it works.
