This was a purchase for my disabled daughter to use in our pool. It is very soft and durable. I have bought other larger noodles like this from big box stores that split in a few weeks to expose the foam center. This one was bought before those were and is still out lasting them. Has not had any splits or breaks in assembly. It may cost a little more than a cheap one in a big store, but the durability is unparalleled.

I left these in the sun with other pool floats to dry. When I went to put stuff away they were stuck and ripped off parts of the floaty. Super disappointing. We love these to play on. now this allows water to get inside and sinks. To expensive to fail so soon they were only used 3 times.
