Please STOP manufacturing garbage for our overburdened landfills. Very cheap materials: zipper wouldn’t stay zipped the first time I tried it. The pull string at the top, half of it is sewn in recklessly so that it dosnt pull and can’t even close at the top. When I put my cat inside of it, the straps are so poorly made, with the cats weight, they just wouldn’t stay tight and the pack fell down. It’s a great concept of a design but I wish it was made better. I love the idea of the product and a lot of love and care went into the concept but the materials and the way it’s made make it useless. I will be returning this as there is just no fixing it. You can’t sent me a new one that’s better than this one if you’ve already made a thousand of these, they will all end up in the landfill immediately which is so sad and angering and depressing. Who was the person who was on quality control when you decided to mass produce this landfill waste? Because that person should not work there anymore and the CEO should definitely not be getting income for this manufactured product. Poor assembly line workers too, must not be being paid enough. I’m very upset.

Our cat absolutely loves this carrier! He is very clingy and always wants to be us and now this will allow for that to happen. Once he got in he immediately started purring and settled down. It is very well made, has a nice solid bottom, and the top closure was nice and secure. This one is definitely a win!
