I don’t like to complain, but this cat hammock has not been what I expected. When I put it together & tried to put it in the window, the bottom suction cups wouldn’t stick to the window. I had cleaned the window before I tried to install the hammock so the window wasn’t dirty. I even put the bottom suction cups in warm water but that didn’t work either. Fortunately I had some suction cups from a previous hammock that my cats had worn out & they fit on the bottom & stayed on the glass. Now I’m having issues with the Velcro holding on each side. I love the style but I’m not happy with this cat hammock. I never had any issues with the other 2 I bought.

The quality seems very ok, pretty simple pvc constuction. The tubes kind of want to pop out as you are putting it up. The suction cups work ok, they slid a little bit from the glass. There's probably better ones out there.

I bought one of these before, this one is much lower in quality. Won't stick to clean window, upper hooks are not secure, returning. Not safe or functional.

I put it in the window and put my cat in it and it immediately fell off the window. It's supposed to hold 50 lbs? Yeah right. My cats are 7 and 9 lbs and it couldn't support either of them. Don't waste your time or money.

My cat LOVES this, she uses it a lot but I have found it somewhat unreliable because for me, one of the suction cups keeps falling but it’s not much of a problem. It is very good considering the price and it can easily take me pushing down on it as it is very sturdy. It perfectly fits my medium sized cat bed. The assembly was not so great and it was very VERY unclear.
