We have multiple steps including packaging, spinning, laser, stamping, pipe cutting, and bending. Each step has undergone strict control and operation to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.
We adopt advanced welding technology and strictly control temperature, time, and welding strength to ensure welding quality. At the same time, we have our own mold processing center, which can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs.
Our machine packaging process is operated by machines. Finally, the packaged three-way catalytic converter will be properly stored in the designated area and ready to be delivered to customers at any time.

This is just cheap, poorly made junk. Don’t waste your time. The bolt holes are way off. The front donut gasket is the wrong size, the rear gasket should also be a donut gasket. But it’s not in the package. Only 2 spring bolts when the application needs 4. They just through in some other non-spring bolts for some weird reason.Never buy this product. Ever.

This Catalytic converter lasted only 4 months before the check engine light came on (PO420). One week later the converter started rattling internally.

Unable to transfer the heat shroud from my old catalytic converter. Due to the new catalytic converter didn’t have the welded bolts installed.
