Bolted right on to my YJ-94 Wrangler 2.5L (AX5 transmission)Attached a photo to show for comparison with old one. Easy install, note: plastic retainer stays on the slave rod when installing, do not remove it. Once bolted in and you press the pedal they will pop off onto the ground and you can discard them. 10 min install if you have short ratchet wrenches. 20 mile test drive so far and all is well.

Two months and it breaks - the tow cost more than the part

Bought two within a month and the master cylinder blew both times, first one the seals started to leak, and the second one locked up. Both used in a daily driver jeep

Relatively easy install, only 4 bolts but one is relatively difficult to get to with regular tools. Taking off old part and installing this one took about 45 minutes. First application of the clutch pedal caused slave cylinder to disintegrate, which left multiple parts in the transmission case and fluid leaking everywhere. Ended up taking it to a transmission shop where they installed a new slave cylinder, refilled and bled the line, only to have the master cylinder lock up on them. Mechanic ordered a whole new part from a reputable source and it works fine. Biggest frustration is that I ended up spending around $500 to get the clutch fixed by a mechanic because this part was a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY!!!

Easy bolt on unit, complete with brake fluid. Bled the air out and works perfectly.

Works as it should. Better quality than I was expecting. Prefilled and bled. I’d recommend bench bleeding though. I did get a small amount of air out of it and added a small amount of fluid. Much better than I expected for the price. We’ll see if it lasts
