I actually installed 1 today on a 2005 mustang for the gas gauge. If you can solder and are gentle taking it apart (google a video for your vehicle) it's a piece of cake.make sure you remove all the solder possible and if you have a tiny pointed file to open and smooth the hole even better. the pins are very small and will bend under. you should feel the pins poking thru the hole before you solder.

Replaced the stepper motors for my 2005 Mustang GT and they are working kit they should. Much cheaper than having the dealer. It took a bit of time and trial to calibrate the gauges since it was my first time replacing step motors.

Seem to work okay afleast more of my gauges are working still a few that are a little off but maybe something I did wrong on my part.

Had to replace one of these in my 06 Mustang. Did the work myself which was easier than I thought to change it. Seems to be working great so far.
