I put this in my '97 Chevy c3500 and as soon as I hook the battery back up the electronics started going haywire. When I turn on the turn signal the blinker doesn't go on but the horn starts blinking on and off. Do not purchase this product, it does not work as intended

Installed new switch as my old switch had a defective 4 way flasher button which required me to tape the button down to de-activate. Installed the new unit (without removing the steering wheel!) and had no issues. After the 3rd day, the intermittent wiper function doesn't work on the first 2 (slowest) settings. Certainly better priced than a new Mopar unit, but you get what you pay for.

Cant beat the price, All functions work, installs easily. After you remove all the plastic cover panels and gain access to the switch hold down screws, I did not have to remove the steer wheel. If you use a Torx stubby 1/4 drive on a needle nose vice grip, you can loosen the screw behind the steer wheel and remove it. the rest is on youtube vids if you need em.
