CDI is the only product you should buy. Fits great on my 1977 115hp Eventude outboard motor. Solid state unit is far better than the original one. Gives a new spark to this old girl 😅, happy camper. ☮️🇺🇸

If it’s not moving free and smooth you have to take some material off outer edge of the plastic ring till there is a slight gap in the ring when it’s snapped in place. It squeezes and causes stick if you don’t. Other than that it’s a good replacement part.

Fast shipping. Great price. Very easy install on my old 1977 Johnson 85HP, just had to pull the flywheel. Worked great started right up once I also changed the power Module. As with all products here on Amazon just make sure you do your own research for part numbers before ordering. Sometimes amazon has it wrong for fittment.

Need to Buff plastic on the edge of the part to get free clearance for proper operation. Now it woks good.
