This bike rack is simple and effective. Our garage was getting way too cluttered. Getting the bikes off the floor is a big step in getting our garage organized. This rack design just makes sense -- bolt some strong hooks to the ceiling and hang the bikes from there. My husband drilled them into the ceiling joists so that they're strong and stable. We used this to hang two bikes horizontally. You can also hang them vertically, but we didn't want them to hang that low. This rack is solid and very easy to install. 5 out of 5 stars!

The Ceiling Mounted Bike Rack has been an excellent solution for freeing up valuable floor space in my garage. It effectively keeps our bikes off the ground, which is exactly what I needed. Compared to other similar products I've used, this rack feels significantly more sturdy and reliable. The most important features for me were its ability to hold the weight of multiple mountain bikes without damaging the ceiling and its overall durability. I'm pleased to say it excels in both areas. The installation was straightforward, and the rack easily accommodates four bikes, which is perfect for our family. The only minor point to note is that it requires installation into ceiling studs, rather than just using drywall anchors. However, this is more of a general installation requirement for any heavy-duty ceiling rack, and not a fault of this specific product.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Ceiling Mounted Bike Rack. Its sturdy construction, easy installation, and ability to hold multiple bikes make it a fantastic space-saving solution.

I have two fairly large e-bikes. I was a bit skeptical on these hangers holding them firmly in place. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. These hangers are incredibly sturdy, the tires on my e-bikes are pretty fat, but the hanger portion of these held them in with just a lil tiny bit hanging over, but held them up like a champ. The build quality is great too, nice and sturdy so I feel they wouldn't just fall down or deform. These are rated for less than what my bikes weigh (Not by much, a few pounds) but they are still holding as I type this. So if you need some space in your shed or wherever this is a good item to get to free it up with worry free storage. Be sure you install these on your crossbeams in your garage, use a studfinder and install like a champ.

Easy to assemble and install. Works well. Hooks are vinyl covered so they don't scratch your wheels. Good value.

The installation was straightforward, and I appreciated the adjustable hooks that accommodate both my road and mountain bikes. One of the features I love is the versatility of the rack – I can either hang two bikes horizontally or up to four vertically, depending on my needs at the time. This flexibility really helps maximize the limited ceiling space in my storage unit.PRO: the hooks' rubber coating. Initially, I was just thrilled about the adjustable features, but over time I've realized that the rubber prevents scratches and damage to my bike frames, which is essential for maintaining their appearance and value. It's a small but meaningful detail that reflects the thoughtful design of this product.TIP: I appreciate that the company offers a return or replacement policy, adding to my peace of mind.

My main complaint about these is that the two bikes that you hang are unnecessarily far apart. The whole intent of this is to save space by getting the bikes off the ground. Unless your garage has a very high ceiling you’ll also care how compact the bikes are when hung together and there are likely better options that this in terms of being compact. Overall, it does the job, but it could be better designed.

This rack is ok, but there's too much space between the bikes. It would be more space efficient if the rods that hold the bikes are 2-3 inches closer to each other. It was easy enough to mount to the ceiling. BTW, the plastic ceiling anchors are useless. These are the plastic wall inserts that hold bolts. They may be ok for hanging items on a wall but not heavy bikes from the ceiling. They pulled out of the ceiling before I even put the bikes on the rack. Since the anchors pulled out, I had to use alligator anchors instead. So, one star off for the spacing of the bikes, another star off for the crappy ceiling anchors.

These are super easy to install, you just need to find a joist to hook into which will probably take you the most time on the install. Just to be safe, I bolted a 2x8 into the floor joist above my garage and then bolted the bike rack to the 2x8. Works like a charm and holds bikes with no problem. This is a good rack for the price.
