The wireless charging pads on the Model Y are known to be flaky. Sometimes your phone starts to charge and then midway through the drive, charging stops. Frustrating. This cover sure looks and feels nice, but I think it contributes to the flakiness of the charging, perhaps an even thinner material would help ... as such, I have decided to stop using it.

This little mat is ok. I’m not sure if I like it better than the look of the original spot for the phone. I chose red because my car is red, but the mat just doesn’t look like an upgrade to my eyes. Perhaps I should have gotten a different color and I might like it more.It does work fine. The phone charges through it without any difficulty. The mat fits perfectly. I am just undecided about the appearance.My complaint is only subjective and doesn’t reflect on the quality of the item itself. It’s just a matter of taste.So, I am not marking this down because it is what the description says it is. I simply am not keen on it now that I see it in the car.I do feel it’s a little overpriced for what it is.

I've been driving my 2024 Model Y for about two months now. Initially, I wondered why anyone would need a mat like this since the OEM suede looks fantastic—but I quickly learned that the camera area on my iPhone leaves a nearly permanent imprint on the suede. When I first got the car, I was using the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I had no issues charging it on this mat, even with the case on. Recently, though, I upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and now it won’t charge on the mat, whether the case is on or off. I tested it without the mat, and it charges fine, so it’s clearly not an iPhone issue. I’m really disappointed and wondering if there's a way to extend the charging ring’s connection somehow. Bottom line: this mat worked great with my iPhone 14, but it doesn’t with the 16 Pro Max. So if you have the 16 Pro Max, keep this in mind; if not, I’d still highly recommend it.

With the suede backing and thinking about how a silicone pad will go on top of it, I was worried that my phone would not charge anymore, but this silicone pad is so extremely thin that you can manipulate it a lot to fit where you need to also have barely any depth Interfere the magnetic charging for your iPhones!I love how there’s a logo on it. Your passengers will know automatically put their phone there.I really like how the edges sealed up so neatly against the car. At first, I wasn’t pushing it in and seating it close enough so it looks kind of awkward, but as soon as it sat in the right position, it looked seamless.With camera flash pics you’ll see bubbles sometimes so just be aware of that.The dark carbon, although seemingly unauthentic yet great pattern to it, is dull and off to the side which I like actually. The phone has been charging just fine with it on. After fiddling with the installation, everything fits very well. Extremely easy to clean! 10/10

I got this for my Tesla model y 7 seater 2024. I installed it and found I was able to charge my iPhone 13 Pro with a case on. It takes a few seconds to start charging but it works fine. The white looks ok it’s a bit thin if you look at it closely it’s easy to tell it’s not oem but I think it still looks better than stock.

I had purchased this wireless charger mat for my 2024 Model Y. This charging pad cover the area perfectly. It is easy to install and remove for cleaning. Tested with both iPhone & Samsung S24 and it works flawlessly. Only downside is, material is too thin and feel little flimsy and phone case needs to be thin to work on this pad. Product works perfectly as described. would have given 5 star if the pad cover is little thick.

I just took delivery of my 2024 Tesla Model Y and decided to get all the accessories to protect the interior surfaces I could think of. I thought the charging pad cover was a good idea to keep this area clean, but it charging pad liner didn't live up to my expectations. I know it needs to be somewhat thin to allow the charger to function, but this liner is extremely thin to the point of slight puckering in places. It is easy to install and remove for cleaning but I just don't feel it fits as well as it could. I probably won't use it, but it might work for you.
