I have an early edition Kobra 3 with the bad adhesive on the hotend, developed the blob of death and replaced it with this unit, haven't had any problems since and it seems to heat up faster than the stock unit as well. Easy install, would recommend

Worked pretty well until there was a filament break. When resolving the issue the teeny delicate wires broke off from the heat sink thermistor.

Using the original hot end I got over 100+ hours without issue, thought I might upgrade to the durability of hardened steel and faster heat up (it does heat up fast, but then it goes over temp and the machine waits for it to come back down, so the speed gained from the fast heat up is eaten by the cool down before it will start to print) and after just a few hours usage it blew out from the throat, completely encased itself in filament, burned out the thermistor cable and just made a horrible mess. Made the mistake of "stopping" the print instead of "pausing" it, and because it had such a chunk of dried plastic built up around the hot end, it nearly tore my whole print head off when it raced over to the wiper!Promptly returned the POS.I see there are some good reviews, but not taking a chance on this product again!

First let me say this turned my Kobra 3 into a great printer. It's the upgrade you need if your original hotend clogged and puked everywhere. The issue is the tiny wires for the thermistor. One was already broken under the shrink tube and immediately I got an error. I needed it right away so I managed to reapair it. I still recommend it as an upgrade my printer works a whole lot better than before.

Update** The nozzles are Bambu A1 nozzles.*** I had nothing but problems with my brand new Kobra 3. Installed this hot end, Did the PID calibrate, and I finally have a hit print and forget printer.Picture is of a print out of TPU, first time ever using this filament, with stock settings from Anycubic Slicer. Working FLAWLESSLY!Buy this hot end, you wont regret it!

I had ordered one of those hot heat to upgrade my printer. When I got it I put it in and was having a error code. I got ahold of customer service they responded super fast. We found that it was in the hot head. They send me a new one that day. I got it two days later. Put it in and now it work great. Print super nice. Great upgrade and get service. I highly recommend ordering from them. I will order again from them
