I won’t use these often, but am excited about having them to use from time to time. They are not commercial grade and wouldn’t last for long if they were used every day, but they are good to have for infrequent use. I was impressed with myself after I set them up while hosting an event and am happy to have them on hand whenever the opportunity arises.

Honestly a headache to put together but if you hand it over to your husband to build it’s save you time and headache all you got to do is set up definitely elevated my dinner party

I ordered these Warmounts chafing dishes for a party we were holding and serving heavy pasta entrees. I was very impressed with the sturdiness of these serving pieces. They held the large pans of lasagna and fettucine with no problems whatsoever. For the price for four full servers, I was expecting them to be more flimsy, but they were very heavyweight and the stainless steel pans are very nice. They even come with half size pans, if needed, lidded containers for the sterno cans that you can partially close to reduce the heat, and gloves for lifting the hot pans. They were much better than I expected for the money. The only problem I really had was the lid - it fits fine, and you can get it to hook on the back of the pan to hold it open, but the little clips for that are small and tricky to get if you are not very tall. I would just take the lid and place it sideways on the top of the server and it worked fine for me.

I bought these for my wedding reception. Problems is the wrapping is blue and under everything that was a mess to deal with. Next they’re cheaply made and bend easily. Luckily I had catered dishes in their own pans so I didn’t have to transfer the dishes directly into the trays. I only used one of the two boxes I ordered of these. Another issue is that the burner covers to stop the flames didn’t sit right to put them out. After several attempts we had them out or so we thought. It almost set a fire in the gazebo. I am very disappointed in them period. One appears burned now because the flame didn’t go out and the lids didn’t set right so the water evaporated completely these are trash!!! Especially for the price! I wanted something nice and strong I got flimsy dangerous cheaply made trash! The only thing good I have to say about them is that they can hold two lasagna pans side by side. But don’t trust them to not bend.

This is my second set of chafing dishes, and while they look beautiful and shine wonderfully after washing, I have to point out that the quality is not as high as my first set. The edges are rather sharp, even with the quality of steel used, and some imperfections require sanding down.I also find the setup and takedown cumbersome due to the need to remove screws, which could easily lead to losing a piece and not being able to use the dishes at a crucial moment.Despite these issues, I appreciate their attractive design and generous capacity, along with the different size options. However, given the price, I expected a bit more in terms of quality. This is why I’m giving them four stars.

The Warmounts chaffing dishes were adequately fabricated. However, I had to sand a lot of the stamped metal edges on the fuel platform and the fuel holders to minimize sharpness. My rating is based on the lack of information about how to use the chaffing dishes properly. No info on how much water to put into the bottom pan. More importantly, what fuel type to use. We used a fuel with a fiber wick and I noticed that it was extremely close to the bottom of the water pan. The result was that the water was tepid and the food was pretty much cold. I think the fuel platform is way too close to the water pan and if the fuel containers are tall they don't provide enough distance for the flame to heat at a maximum level. Some guidance would have been helpful.

If you expect commercial grade, this stainless, this is not the thing to buy. However, well made and quality enough for personal use.
