Great basketball net. I saw a lot of people saying that it was hard to install and had no instructions, but I thought it was very easy, you just find the big S-hooks. Great sound and great price. Just remember to use pliers to make the hooks tight.

I don't know if I was missing some directions, but after I hung the net and closed all the S hooks with pliers, I thought the net looked a bit long and after sinking a few shots from distance, the lowest swags of the net jumped up and got caught in the S hooks above. I loosened those hooks and found the center of each lowest swag. I hooked them onto the S hooks above and then pinched them closed and wow, what a difference in look and performance of the net. It hangs better, looks more like a regulation net, and I have had no hang ups since. Just make sure the S hooks are closed tight. Love this net now!

This, like all chain nets, can be a bit tricky to install but I had my 14 yo son complete it in about 15 mins and was all good. It looks good and is working well after the first few days.Correct installation is essential...FIRST, place all the hooks onto ring loopsSECOND, make sure the net hangs nicely. There should be no twists or uneven hang (you should be able to see if its right or not).SECOND, use pliers to close each hook in placeTHIRD, enjoy the awesome sound of a chain net!

We purchased this net based on its reviews and we're glad we took the time to read about the different nets available. It was easy to switch out from the old one and my 11 yo says he loves the sound it makes when you get a basket!

I would never use Nylon outdoors for a basketball net. This metal one is sturdy and durable and should last a long long time. It makes a nice sound when you swish the ball. I am recommending it to everyone with an outdoor hoop now.

Quality is very good and it fits and functions great. You will need pliers to close the S-hooks once you hang it.
