Reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen drawers where she had a collection of, what would be considered unusual kitchen handtools, now a days. She had something like this in one of those drawers. It was so nice to see a remnant of her that I ordered this based on that alone, however the utility off this particular tool still lend it's help throughout my lifetime! It's well built and satisfaction! A+++

This wooden handled bar tool is just as handy for the cook as the bartender. Makes nice, larger sizes trips of citrus zest for use in craft cocktails, or for cooking projects, candied citrus peels, etc. Sturdy and well made.
