There was a delay in receiving my order and when I contacted the vendor, they immediately offered to send new switches. Not only did I receive my original, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement order even though I had not requested it! Absolutely top-notch customer service.The product is well made, well packaged, and fit my needs.

I had a lot of 3 industrial fans to repair; for all, the thermo fuse was blown. I fixed the fans by replacing the fuse by a thermostat with same characteristics: it will keep the same security level (open when temp reaches 70 C) but will reset (and fan restarts) when temp goes down to 50 C.

These have surpassed my every expectation again strong packaging great product wire is thick enough to withstand the heat it is to monitor I have not checked for accuracy yet but I assume this company will have no issues I trust them. That’s only reason I haven’t checked it.
