Replaced the IEC320-C5 cord on my HP laptop charger.SJT (round) cable is far superior to HPN (flat side-by-side) cable for applications like this. I will never understand why computer manufacturers use HPN for anything. Now that the AC part of the charger is actually flexible and manageable, it bundles up nicely in my backpack when I go to work instead of slipping out of its cable keeper and tangling itself around everything else in there.Electrically it works like it should; it's wire, it carries current. There's not much more to say there. The plastic molded connectors feel a bit better (heavier and harder) than the ones on the original charger. It's a good snug fit in the receptacle but it's not too tight. I like it.Why couldn't HP just use a more logical cable choice to begin with?
