I have a stack of the modular rolling tool boxes with two 7 inch wheels. The back of it drags against the stair treads when going up and down stairs. I got some 1/2 inch od to 5/16 id bearing sleeves and used the 10 inch wheels to replace the existing 7 inch wheels. The 10 inch wheels also have bearings as the originals did not. No more draggng against the stairs and rolls so nice. I have quite a bit of weight in my stack and these take the load with no issues. Great product.

These are well made wheels that worked perfectly for a set of goat-head proof wheels on my golf push cart.

Did not fit my older (True Value) mower frame. Wheel hub spacing off. Replacement bolts/nuts wrong, nuts to large (too wide with 'self-lock', hit mower frame), bolts slightly wider (metric), shoulder length and overall length wrong. Re-used existing bolts and added 3 galvanized washers, on each wheel, to make fit.
