  • Large-Size Multifunctional Design - Each piece measures 20x20 inches (approximately 51x51 cm), and the 8-piece set allows for alternating use. It fits various containers and is suitable for cheese making, nut milk filtering, cold brew coffee, and more
  • Natural and Safe, Additive-Free - No chemical bleaching process is used, free from fluorescent agents and odors. Made from food-grade materials, it is safe for direct contact with ingredients
  • Eco-Friendly and Economical, Reusable - The tightly woven structure enhances tear resistance, supports hand washing or machine washing (gentle cold water mode), and can be sterilized by boiling. Its reusable rate is over 3 times higher than thinner alternatives

The Charm Of Our Cheesecloth

Hey here! When you're all set to use our unbleached pure cotton cheesecloth, you might spot some little black particles. No need to freak out! That's just cottonseed hull, a totally natural impurity on cotton. Harmless as can be! Just pop it into a pot and boil it in water for at least 15 minutes.

If there are any residues in the middle of the cheesecloth, don't panic! Just gently scrub it with your hands and give it a rinse with running water.

This is very fine cheese cloth, really lovely for straining out whey and wrapping hard cheese. I love making farmhouse cheddar (clabber style from fresh goat milk) so a good cheesecloth that tolerates a lot of washing is always welcome in my kitchen. I do wish they'd finished the edges; I had to hem the ends to keep them from shedding loose threads into my curds. Took a star off for that but otherwise, very nice cloth in a good size for processing your curds into cheese.
