If I had it to do over, I would just buy the marble one. This is cheap aluminum and just not well built. Dont buy on price here.

I love my new Cheese Slicer, Stainless Steel Cheese Cutter Board. It slices through a block of cheese with ease, and the oil papers that were included make storing extra slices easy and convenient. I haven't had to change the blade yet, but the slicer comes with 10 extra blades that can be used when needed. I would recommend this to you. It is stainless steel and easy to use. has measurement guides for consistent and uniform slices. And it comes with extra blades.
