I was very satisfied with this dispenser....It literally takes me days to buy something like this because I go thru all the reviews, pros & cons, which they can detour me from making a purchase every time. So - I TOOK A CHANCE & for once, I know I made the right choice!PROS: Simple to use (once I realized it needed water) & affordable price!Used for a Nacho Bar for my Dad's 70th & everyone said that it was perfect (the dispenser) !!100% RECOMMEND >> WON'T DISAPPOINT 🙂

keeps product at right temp. beats spooning out or dipping. A lot less mess than other methods. I recomend it highly.
