Great set and also came with a food scoop! Study and adjustable, can be hung to save space. We bought this for the small chicken house we keep when one of our birds is sequestered (behavior issues etc). Worth every penny.

I got these to use for my chicks but found them to be much bigger than originally thought so had to use something else. However, these look and feel well made with good stability. These were easy to clean and fill, and these will work perfectly once my new chicks are a little older.

We have tried a lot of feeder and water sets and these are some of the nicest.-They came in very well packaged and in perfect shape.-The food scoop, while cute, would take a crazy amount of time to fill the feeder.-The plastic is very thick and not as flexible or brittle as the ones sold in the store.-They are really easy to put together and use. Some we have tried are far too complicated.-The adjustable legs are much better than putting the water/feeders on higher boards as the chicks get taller. They fold and unfold very easily, but also do not do so on their own.-I really like how the feeder has a top that can be removed to fill but also keeps the babies from jumping in like we have with the other kinds.-They are easy to clean and as of yet do not stain easily at all.Overall these work perfectly and are much easier to use then others.

Nice feeder and waterer. Fairly standard design with good features. Feeder can be filled from the top and comes with a feed scoop. Both feeder and waterer have adjustable legs so you can make them taller as the chicks grow (3 heights). Everything seems durable and well made. Instructions included, but you probably don't need them.

Very cool design with the extendable & retractable legs. Allows you to adjust the height of your water & feeder to accommodate different sizes & age stages of your flock. Great size that will hold plenty of food & water. I do think the water should be the same size as the food. This one is half the size of the food container. Comes with a small food scooper, can be hung or free standing with the legs. Seems well made & easy to clean. Also has a removable lid for the food but if you have really smart chickens, they will find a way to pop that lid off. It needs a more secure way to hold the lid on. Overall this is a great value as for just one feeder or one waterer, you'll pay just as much as you'll pay to get both with this set.

I'm getting ready for my chicks to hatch so I'm glad I got these ahead of time! Thankfully my older ladies were more than happy to test them out ahead of time. For reference, the white and red chickens are standard size while the black and white ones are bantams (smaller).These are very well made and sturdy, and definitely an upgrade from the generic red and white bottles I've been using for years. I was afraid that since they are orange the chickens wouldn't be into it, but they were drawn to it right away!The food container carries a LOT of food which is nice and has its own lid, and while the waterer is a bit smaller its still very sturdy. My favorite part is that the height is adjustable, so once the chicks get older they both can be heightened and used in the coop. It also comes with a very sturdy scoop! Most importantly they're both chicken approved by a small flock of VERY spoiled ladies!

Spring is coming, and with it lots of chicks/ducklings! These feeders are great, I have many sets similar to this, and thought this would be the same. When it arrived, I saw that the feeder is much larger than the one I usually have, which is great (as I don't need to refill too often). In addition, it has a little bit of an anti-roost cone on top (but I'm sure the chicks will eventually find their way up there...). The good thing is that it's covered on top so they cannot poop into it, and you can fill it from the top - which is fantastic. The other style with the smaller feeder needs to be unscrewed, turned around, filled up with feed, then turned back around and screwed on again, ideally fast so that no feed is spilled when it's turned. I can already see that the ability to fill it from the top will help me to save time and refill much faster and with less mess. The plastic seems sturdy (but chickens are not too desctructive when they're young... lol), and I think this set will last a long time. The legs help to keep it clean, because chicks love to scratch around and fling shavings and food into their food and water containers. Being that you can raise the legs up when the chicks grow, it helps keep them from pooping into it and putting dirt into it.I love it and recommend it!
