Pros: easy to open for adults, very good adhesion to cabinets, low profile, meaning they don't stick out far, nice design, very durable (baby has tried smashing and picking them off, doesn't work lol)Cons: Hard to remove and will peel off paint but that's what we want right, to make sure babes can't remove or open. We bought these to keep our cat out of that drawer below the oven. They worked as described! Easy to install too.

These are okay if you need a quick solution, but the adhesive wears off quickly due to how you open and close this lock. It is also very easy for a small child to figure out. My almost one-year-old was able to open it. I now use them to lock things higher up, like our sliding doors. The kids can't reach the top, and for that, it does work. But I would not get them again for lower areas.
