Paste works great, sticks well so one can solder surfaces at a angle. Has very good cleaning action. Solder joints are very smooth and proper shape, Very Satisfied.

I once made the mistake of using zinc chloride flux. But it soldered really nice! Ever since, I've been looking for something that works as well, doesn't flow like water when hit with heat, and won't ruin PCBs or tips. This is it. It makes great joints. It does spread more than the zinc chloride I used, and a little goes a long way. I'm considering cutting it with some glycol or thinner to make it last longer, and easier to use in a syringe. It is a little stiff at room temperature, but warm it up and it's much easier to work with. It doesn't leave a black, crusty residue, and is fairly easy to clean with IPA. No complaints there. You do need to clean it when done though. Overall very pleased.
