I make truffles every Christmas and this chocolate melting device is awesome.It keeps the chocolate at the temperature you select and maintains it. It’s great for tempering your chocolateThe only downside: is I wish I would have bought the 2 pan system as there is no way that I know of to buy just the pan and lid.

The cord is too loose and shuts of bc the cord does not stay in the socket
