I was so excited to get these they looked super functional. They're great for stockings, but they are not strong enough to hold garland up. Almost we had to tape them down on the mantle after they kept falling off and scaring the baJesus out of us.

I purchased a set of these to hang a garland from my mantle. They are beautiful - heavy weight, handsome, and lined with felt on the bottom. However, when we went to hang the garland, which was heavy, they couldn't hold it and one fell right off. (Luckily it didn't land on my foot, because it's so heavy it could have broken it.) Eventually we realized the problem - two of the hangers were not bent at a 90-degree angle, so they weren't flush with the mantle, and weren't stable. They still could hold something light, like a string of lights or an empty stocking, but they would fall off if you hung anything heavy on them. The other two were fine. I requested an exchange through Amazon, and received a new box of hangers which was even worse - only one of them was properly bent at a 90 degree angle! See the photo above - the ones on the left were perfect, the ones on the right were the most defective. (Two others, not shown, were also not 90 degrees.) For such a beautiful and high quality product, the manufacturer or vendor should do a better job at quality control.

These look great. They are heafty in weight but my particular garland was too heavy for only 4 of these. I either needed more of them or less weight in my garland. If your garland is lightweight these will work fine alone. I had to place a board over mine to keep them on the mantle. (I wrapped the board with holiday paper to hide it).Given 5 stars because it isn't the product's fault that I planned poorly.

These hangers were perfect for my Christmas display on my mantle. I was worried my new garland would be too heavy but they easily held it up. The color is the perfect bronze that fits great with a cedar mantle. I love the two hooks that would hold garland and a stocking if needed. The flat design allows the hangers to blend in if needed which is exactly what I wanted.

I LOVE these holders. They are sturdy, each one held 2 stockings because they have 2 hooks, they are beautiful and don't harm our mantle. Excellent!

This is the product to buy. It is heavy and sturdy and will not fall off the mantle. Beautiful and functional and looks great with my rustic decor. I will take a picture once it’s complete.

These heavy duty brackets are very sturdy. Enhancing safety in our home is very important to me. These feel very durable before and after you put them up.
