When I took it out of the box and the plastic bags, the first thing that happened is decorative branches fell off. I tried to push them back onto the small green prongs that they fell from, but the I couldn't get the fallen branches back on the green circular shell. I tried to ignore it, but couldn't when several others fell off as I tried to hang it. Bottom line: for $26, I expected more. It went back--no issues with the return.
