Returned immediately, obviously this product does not meet the standard of typical chrome moly pushrods. These are a thinwall tube and are prone to fail if used in an application that requires upgrade to stronger chrome moly pushrods.

Two of the eight pushrods failed under 400 miles on fresh motor with valves rockers pushrods geometry set up by vw aircooled professional shop of course it is past the return time. The Chromoly of this set must have been soft. Ordered Gene Berg this time

Work as expected. Cut off with a saw, cleaned up with the grinder, and pressed together with a press.

Perfect for air cooled VW engine. Use a pushrod length tool, and cut to size. Can be cut with a hacksaw and sanded smooth/square. The ends are tough to install and may need to be sanded to press in easier. I was able to insert them fully with a few taps of a hammer, but it’s easy to deform them if you press them in to hard.

havent used them yet, in process of replacing the cyl heads, I am sure they will be fine. Have used them before with no prob.
