They are not iron on. I used thermal mending tape to apply them and the patches didn’t do well when ironed they curled up

Really beautiful and great patches, that said, the patches are not iron on and they are NOT 4”, they’re more like 3”. It kinda sucked since I was put them on storage cubbies and that inch made a difference but otherwise great product, worth the money.

Ich beginne erneut mit der Verpackung. Top, ist wunderbar verpackt und lag in meinem Briefkasten. Ich wollte diese Abzeichen haben für einen Schal den ich gestrickt habe. Die Abzeichen sehen in orginal sogar besser aus als auf den Bildern hier. Sie sind sehr gut verarbeitet und ich konnte es ohne Probleme dran nähen, erst habe ich gezögert da ja knapp 15 Euro doch einiges sind. Aber ich bin mehr als zufrieden und werde sie mir wohl gleich, erneut bestellen. Es kommt noch eine Mütze dazu! Nun auch hier war ich deutlich positiv überrascht und erfreut. Nun kann ich noch für die anderen Häuser etwas machen. Ich kann es empfehlen, es lässt sich auch ohne Probleme annähen, die Nadel muss somit nicht mit Kraft durch gepresst werden und ich denke, es ist auch suüer für die Nähmaschine geeignet. Die Ränder sind sauber umsäumt und die Muster schön gestickt. Es ist sein Geld wert und verleiht dem Schüler von Hogwarts die passende Freude.Ich füge hier noch ein Bild zu.

I bought these for my Halloween costume where I went as a Hogwart's professor. These patches are the perfect size for robes and the like. Having all the Houses plus the main school patch was perfect as I could switch them out or share with friends who loved my idea and wanted to dress similarly. I sewed them on so I could wear them on multiple garments when needed. The colors are bright and the details are spot on. The perfect purchase for any casual or serious fan!

I use these for dog costumes, and the size is perfect for a small to medium size dog. It's a bit too big for a tiny dog, though; I wish I could find miniature versions of this patch. Have placed multiple orders for this item; always pleased with delivery and product quality. Very nice patch, solid black embroidery around the outside, white stabilizer on the back. Design on patch is "printed" on, not embroidered. NOTE: The listing says that the patch is "iron or embroidery", but beware: there is NO heat bonding agent on the back of these patches. That means you will have to use your own Wonder Under or Pellon or other fabric glue.

I got these patches instead of the fancy Gryffindor one simply based on price. They were perfect for my purpose, which was to sew one onto a bathrobe so my son could play Harry Potter. The design is sewn in, not simply silkscreened, and the edge is sewn in such a way as to make it easy to attach. Having a set of five meant the other kids could have one too if they wanted. I'd recommend them to anyone.
