First let me say you are not going to find this amount of hooks in any store for this value. During the peak season for catfish locally it was getting hard to find a 10 pack of circle hooks of any size, then my dad sent me this link and let me know where he gets his. I ordered two sets to make sure I am covered. Will definitely order some more as time goes on. These hooks are not cheap and do not appear that way, they have held up well on small and large catfish.

I am an avid fisherman and these are very useful for someone who fishes in an area that makes you prone to lose your hooks since there are a lots of them for a good price and the sharpness is of high quality.

Got this circle hook set about a year ago. They have done me very well I forgot about the cheap price tag with them. I have caught carp, sucker, catfish, large mouth bass. I would even pass them out to my fishing buddies to see what luck they had. No bent or straight hooks, great hook up rate. For everyday fishing I would use with confidence. If I was going into a big fishing tournament I would use the expensive hooks for peace of mind. For my usual river trips these are my go to hooks unless Iām using a jig or worm hook. This is a picture of a carp I caught with the kastking sharky baitfeeder with these hooks. Showing the carp because unfortunately this was my biggest fish of 2017.

I truly expected these to be terrible, they were not. They are a great quality, while I won't be using these to chase down big rays or sharks they are great for smashing bass. It only gets four stars as there were some minor manufacturing defects that in the eye that are not present on higher quality hooks. Still a solid project and I would highly recommend them to entry level fishermen as you will be tearing through hooks anyways.

The package arrived earlier than anticipated which is a bonus. The hooks do arrive organized by size which are from smallest to largest. The latch on the box is ok, I had it open at random once or twice which left me organizing hooks at random. Some of the hooks seem to have a weak spot near the tip where the bending process has taken place which is noted by a flat spot by the bend/barb. Some hooks eyes are left more open and some burs on the shank near they eye make tying snells difficultOverall, they are ok circle hooks for a budget fisherman but reliabality is a question left for testing. I have caught some nice carp and channel catfish without issue so far. I do inspect each hook and adjust them as needed before use which is the same for each individual hook. I feel I should not have to inspect each hook before use but anymore it is expected with cheap tackle which I deem these hooks as cheap. Overall, it is a deal but also a risk as long as you are ok with double checking every hook before it is used.

I ordered these hooks after searching results on cheap, bulk fishing hooks. I am really glad I chose them, I used the Eagle Claw Razor Sharp circle hooks last year (assorted 2/0 - 5/0 sizes, 85-count) and this packs 4/0 is the size of the other brands, this 5/0 is just a monster in comparison. Also, I could bend the other brands 5/0 hook with my hands, had a few larger Bowfin straighten those out. When trying to bend these hooks, you just can't (including the smallest - #1). Buying another pack just to have spares on hand for the next couple of years of fishing. These hooks are offset and have the eyes curved as shown, also have a larger gap and very sharp. I have recommended to a couple of friends already, whether they get them or not - we'll see. This whole pack is less than what you can get most of the name brand hooks in a single 25-pack, with this you get six pouches of each size of that amount.
