Instructions are printed very small and may be difficult to read for many people.Operation is very easy, once it is understood.

Got the 40Hz Audio Device yesterday via Amazon, and used it once. It does not work today. The red light is completely off and could not turn on/off it any more.

I should have read the reviews more carefully. It worked great for 13 days, I used it everyday for 1 hour and recharged it every 2 days. On day 14 it played for 30 minutes and then just quit. I tried to charge it and was not successful. So disappointed because I think it was working. My REM sleep has greatly improved (although I am also using the gamma lights so I don't really know which might be benefiting me).

I was not able to leave this on my ears as it was just too loud.I didn't expect the sound to be pleasant, but neither did I expect it to be so ratatat harsh or sooo loud it make my ears hurt - and also without a volume adjustment.

I used this Gamma Clarity 40Hz Audio device one hour a day from April 20 to May 3, 2023. Charged it between uses as the instructions said to do. I handled it very gently. Today it was dead as a doornail. Won't turn on, won't charge. I even tried different chargers and different outlets. It was very nice while it lasted. The earbuds were too large so I used a set of Skull Candy earbuds that fit me better. It's still dead with the original earbuds. The instructions require a magnifying glass to read. There are other reviews complaining about short life so if you decide to get it, hold on to the packaging because you might need to return it.

Sleek, compact and easy-to-use digital playback device.Comes with pocket-size hardshell carrying case.Hit the play button and you'll hear a brief voice announcementfollowed by one hour of the tone. Then it stops. There are also buttons for "back to the beginning" and "jump to the end". Holding the play button down shutsoff the unit.40Hz buzz tone sounds the same a the one posted on Youtubeas "Exact 40 Hz Gamma Brainwave audio used by MIT" study.Recharging off a laptop USB port (cable included) is easy and justtakes a few minutes to charge. Charging cable plugs into the earphonejack on the unit, keeping it small and simple.Ear buds are good quality, but don't come with alternate size ear pieces, and may be too large for some people. Note that, contrary to theinstructions, ear buds are interchangeable--there is no Left ear orRight ear shape. All in all, a very nice design, well-made.

My dream life has always been really important to me, but lately I have been unable to remember them. I almost could but as soon as I opened my eyes, all trace recollections of the dream would vanish. Since I started using this device, I have been recalling dreams just like I used to. I'm back to having a rich and vivid dream life. When the session is over, I hear an odd sustained harmonic tone for awhile which eventually subsides. It makes me wonder if my neurons are also continuing to oscillate. The only thing I really hate about this device is the loud voice that comes on at the end just to say that the session has ended. It startles me so badly that it hurts. I'm sticking with it, though. I am loving having my dreams back.I think I'll buy one for my Mom.

Over the past two years, I've been watching TedTalks and keeping up on the ongoing research. I read the book."The End of Alzheimer's" by Doctor Dale E. Bredesen, MD. While I think my odds of getting it are pretty slim, I wanted to do everything possible to reduce the probabilities. One of the more promising protocols comes from Gamma Clarity 4hz Light Build. Their devices are inexpensive, and they are pretty much based on early research. But one downer is that while the initial conclusions seemed hopeful, there has been a lull in activity to get the research going.I hope they get their act together.
