Poor quality control. One chair was wobbly. The seller kept asking me to unscrew and re-screw it, but this did not fix the issue. The seller claimed it's not a factory defect—I guess this means it's just a poorly designed chair. I attached the pictures. It's a shame because I cannot use this for my business for fear of customer fallout and certainly a poor reputation. For a $70 chair, I expected better.
